It is pretty common for S2000’s to develop a floppy or loose passenger AC vent. As a result, the vent will just stay pointed up due to gravity. The cause of this is because there are two shims on both sides of the AC vent blades that create friction. These shims wear down over time, or even possible fall out and get lost. I created these shims to replace the OEM ones to make your AC vent nice and firm again.
