At APX Works, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return experience.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested after this 14-day period will not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
• The item is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
• The item is free from damage caused by misuse, modification, or negligence
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital downloads or software licenses once accessed
• Consumable goods that have been opened or used
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
• Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at support@apxworks.com or through our website.
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
• Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. APX Works is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
• Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition inconsistent with their original state
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order details.
